Very friendly staff who spoke fluent English; breakfast with variety of foods; wifi in room; location: convenient for Old Town and public transportation (e.g. to Open Air Museum and bus station)
The bottom of the shower was not sealed properly, so lots of water on floor.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff, breakfast, and location were all excellent. The Tallinn sightseeing tour, included with the Tallinn Card, picks up here. The room had a nice view of Freedom Square and part of the old town.
Nice, bit pricy, great location, would come back.
Location, breakfast, size and quality of the room.
Correct hotel very well situated for visiting old Tallin
The view from the window was really great. The food for the breakfast was ok.
The temperature in the room on 5th floor was +30 degrees. Small place for parking near the hotel, we had to go and find parking nearby.
You have give 4 stars to this hotel and it still lacks aircondition in the rooms.I heard it later that only onw floor (one of 6) has air condition. In our room tht temperature was 30 degrees all the time dispite of the table fans and open windows. When I asked in the front desk about the parking facilities when we arrived to the hotel iwas informed that just 30 meters away ther is a parking place.Next morning when I went to fetch my car i saw that the side glass were smashed down. Also one other finnishcar had the same problem.(Not any harm to estonian cars). The police said afterwards that the hotel shouldn´t recommend that parking place because it doesn´t have cameras.(we didn´t know it)
The location is good . Breakfast is quite good and the staff was helpful. The room was quiet .
It needs a refurbishing , one has the feeling of being back in the seventies. I found the bed pillows unconfortable.
I like perfect location to the Old city, car parking, execellent breakfast and reasonable rates
Performance of the rooms looks a bit old renovated
location was good within easy walking distance of old town , we had two single rooms , on sixth floor was quite quiet , beds were comfortable , cleaners were in every day , spacious enough rooms with adjoining toilet and shower wash basin , enough room , short hallway , solid looking doors with keycard access , also breakfast was good hot and cold buffet cater for most tastes another good thing was they have a case/luggage room accross from reception were you can leave your cases when waiting for a later flight staff were very good
noise from air con , not sure if it was from air con units outside on lower roof or above or a pump somewhere , no direct control over air con , but seemed to switch itself on prob remote ,, one of our rooms didn't have a fridge but we never complained about this as other room had one stocked with drinks to buy , we used it for storing milk ,, was no kettle in room but allways take one with us ,, prob the staff would have provided one ok if asked biggest annoyance was the taxi drivers ,, cost about six euro geting there but going back the driver charged nine , i gave him a ten , but he was off his mark without giving change !! ,, wish i took his reg/ photo ,, should have a website to put these people on lol ,, was same in rome by the way
Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff, cleaniness Good breakfast excluding only coffee :)
Hotel does not offer parking place. It was not very easy to find place for car on street in front of hotel
Staff is absolutely helpful and very kind, position of the hotel is perfect to visit the city
Rooms are getting old, wifi Internet worked now and then
Handy enough spot, reasonable standard all round.
Friendly multylanguage staff, nice scandic stile breakfast. Value for money
Family room was a little bit smaller we expected
The hotel is practically adjacent to the old town, the room was big with big windows. The breakfast was rich as expected by a 4* hotel. There was a small stand with beverages and sandwiches in the reception available 24/7. Tea/coffee facilities available in room.
The cost of parking was outrageous 2 euros per hour. When someone looks for a hotel with parking he expects a logical price mainly a special price for the hotel customers not normal prices. I think this is Booked.net fault because the exact cost should be mentioned and not "public parking is available and charges are applicable". Paying 48 euros per day for parking is a highway robbery (more than one third of the room price). Moreover the hotel needs desperately renovation (old matrices, old carpets, blankets (in 2012 no duvet), repainting of ceilings). No room service.
